With a father, two uncles, and a brother in the automotive business, Latif Qadri decided to learn the business from the ground up. At age 16, he began his career detailing cars at Jacobs Twin Honda in Chicago and quickly understood the value of hard work and customer satisfaction. His skill set in the industry grew as he learned the operations side of the business, and realized his passion for sales. His talent and drive enabled him to rise to lease manager and assistant manager/closer in just three years.
Qadri, who never relies on past accomplishments, set his sights on becoming a finance manager. He achieved that goal at Larry Faull Chevrolet and was quickly promoted to finance director. His stellar performance led to a recruitment effort as a finance specialist from Jim Moran and Associates (JM&A) which he eagerly accepted. His time with JM &A was well-spent as he traveled to many national dealership locations retaining their services.
His knowledge of the business deepened as he interacted with different management styles, diverse customer demographics, and a large array of vehicle models and brands. From economy cars to high-end luxury vehicles, his finance skills were honed by working through many different challenges. In six months, he became the youngest district manager in the company’s history taking the helm of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Within one year, he grew the client base from nine to 17 stores and became a regional manager for Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
This successful consultancy role led him to a partnership in a Hyundai dealership that experienced three million dollar increase largely because of Qadri’s influence. He successfully led the store to the number one spot in sales for two years straight. Later, when the dealership went public, he returned to the Chicago area with the Bob Rohrman Organization as a group general manager.
Qadri’s extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, outstanding closing ability, and commitment to success has laid the groundwork for building the Best Direct Marketing Group. His team of sales professionals is as committed as he in marketing and selling the most profitable direct mail marketing and super sales events possible.
Richard Boyd has spent more than 12 years in the central Florida automotive industry and honed his organizational skills in the process. During this time, he expanded his knowledge base by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a minor in political science. This solid foundation of skill and knowledge enables him to implement operational procedures that enhance the existing customer experience and support new client experiences at The Best Direct Group.
Anthony Luciano began working in the automotive sales industry with Latif Qadri more than ten years ago. He quickly progressed from sales consultant to sales manager in just three years, and was a vital part of teams that consistently led dealerships into an era of rising revenues, increased customer satisfaction, and sustained profitability.
Luciano is one of the driving forces behind the continued success of the Best Direct Group’s direct mail and staffed event successes. For more than two years his passion and drive have ensured the delivery of the most seamless and profitable sales events possible.
National Account Manager
Jessica Royal is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with more than ten years’ experience who is passionate about the automotive business. She has worked with the Best Direct Marketing Group for two years and uses her strong foundation to coordinate and lead the in-house sales staff and super sale events teams.
Her extensive customer service background began in the insurance industry where her natural leadership ability quickly elevated her to a management position. She gained more sales and marketing experience in different environments from home sales to multi-vendor IT service solutions. In addition, Royal has experience in BDC operations, retail sales, B2B development, and advertising.
